callout clip plane

Is there any way to rotate a clip plan for a detail view without rotating the view itself?
I'm trying to detail an area of the plan that sits at a slant and want to minimize the callout bubble on the drawing sheet, however when i rotate the callout, the entire detail rotates.

...Is there any way to rotate a clip plan for a detail view without rotating the view itself?... Rotate the crop region in the view itself, then adjust the boundary of the callout on the view it is placed.
