Hi all,
I am creating light fixture families for an electrical plan using symbolic lines/model lines only, at this time. I have a series of symbols we use in ACAD/typical electric-lightung plans - some of which have poche/hatch/fill regions. How does one get a filled region into the light family? I see there is a masking region available but it doesn't seem like I can change the color from white to black.
I have tried using generic annotation family loaded into the light family, but I cannot seem to control the scale of the fill (a simple square). Obviously the annotation family uses a scaling factor related to text size/scaling. Unfortunately, my brain is not yet totatlly awake, so I cannot figure out the scale factor.
Can anyone offer a solution for my need of a light family which shows (in a plan view) an 8" Square, with black fill, and a circle inscribed that is about 1/3rd the size of the square?
Or, tell me how else to get a filled region into the light family?
