Center Orbit Pivot with orbit tool

Description: The orbit tool should set the new pivot center by clicking, much like the way it works in Inventor. Currently a user must switch to a steering wheel to center a view.

How Used: While using the orbit tool, left click to center view, hold left button to orbit.
