Improve area reinforcement tagging: to tag de maximum spacing without a “@”

Now this we need changed.

Even better just include spacing of the top/bottom major minor directions as a selectable parameter. We've got everything else but spacing I really don't know why this is.

From there we can customise the parameter to suit our own prefixes and suffixes but to add spacing as a selectable label would be big benefit.
