Improve alligning: The possibility to allign a section.
To set: constrain, disjoin when alligning

text notes can easily allign with text notes, also tags do. But text notes cannot easely allign with tags.

It would also be nice to be able to align border (linework) in a legend or schedule with the border on the title block, or with another legend/schedule.
