It would be very useful if Productstream could feature some kind or Production Order support. For example, the shop floor is more interested in accessing all the information related to a specific P.O. (designs, assemblies, electrical drawings
etc.)together, because each project is different from the other (electrical switchgear and equipment).
Today, to do so, we have to attach all the files to a single item, named after the P.O. number.
And the information attached to a P.O. (customer, quantities, dates etc.) is different from that used to identify items, so items and P.O. share standard and custom attributes.
Does anyone of you face a similar situation? How do you handle it?
