Frequent Crashing

I've been experiencing fairly frequent crashing of Navisworks Manage. It seems like it happens as I try to turn or look up/down during navigation. Any ideas what this could be coming from? I don't know whether it could be like a corrupt object, a hardware issue, software issue?

Any help would be much appreciated.

What version are you on? 2009.1 seems much more stable

I would also recommend 2009.1. It's much more stable and several bugs have been fixed.
