Sheet number and custom titleblock

Could someone tell me how to change any settings so that when a template is loaded the default sheet number starts with A1 instead of A101.

Also, how to change any settings so that my custom titleblock sheet is available to be loaded from the git-go.

You need to look into making a custom project template to use - that way your custom titleblock can be loaded from the start and a couple of starter sheets numbered to suit I think.
