rotating text on an int elevation callout..

the 1 2 3 4 named views on an elevaton key are not consistently rotated the one that are shown on the left and right side of the key show text vertical... how do you get to them so show vertical...

found out the views are dropped onto the sheets first then the the correct numbers come up on the elevation tag...
