Roof problem on curve

does anyone know why my roof is doing this, and not following around with the same ridge height

ie not following the shape of the curve.

I modeled it in another program to compare the results and that is what you would get if you have a curved surface around the perimeter and the straight slopes on the interior of the roof.

looks like back to the drawing board and refigure the roofs radius.
