how can i get a concrete sidewalk or drive way to slope with the topo

Oh, this is part of all Revit users dreams... No, there's no way to make it automatically. You can use the "Subregion" to create it and make it follow the site slopes, but it won't have the solid thickness of a sidewalk, though. If you want to go further an have 3Ds Max, you could export it to Max, extrude the subregion and bring it back into Revit as an in-place family.
If you try using floors, ramps, etc., none of these can be hosted by the site.

Pads now have the ability to slope.
But not in any meaningful way with the topo. Good enough for a strip mall on a flat site, not much use for anything really complicated or interesting, like interconnecting paths between buildings on a hilly university campus, with rainwater catchment and other niceties. Some day, maybe. ;)

that's exactly what i'm trying to do
