How is this supposed to work? I have a boundary survey for a project and the property lines are basically square, but are off of true north by about .7 degrees. The property line tools worked great (this one even closed!). Now I want to establish project North so that I can align the front of the building with the property line and not draw every thing at 89.3 degrees. I have tried to set true north as described in the tutorials and it doesn't seem to work right. The angles on my property lines change - they should stay the same (relative to tru north), correct?!
Thanks.

Heres the gist,
1. create your building as you would want it on your sheets, ie a long rectangle in the east/west direction.
2. now use the rotate true north to rotate that plan the .7 degrees. That small I wouldn't even bother unless you need to export for a civil engineer. You may have to rotate in the negative direction, I usually just trial and error it. Note that you need to change your view properties dialog to true north instead of project north to see the change.
I'm not positive, but the property lines should not rotate they should stay as is if inputed in the table form. If they were just drawn as lines they would rotate.
