Ellipse

I may be mistaken, but is there a way to draw a wall that follows the shape of an ellipse or partial ellipse in plan? I only see arc and circle line tools.

Make a mass using the ellipse to sketch the shape, then use wall by face.

just be aware that once draw you can't change the walls that where drawn from the ellipse. I make working views that contain my constraints and dimension where i can leave layout elements such as these and not worry about remaking them.

Justin... by layout elements you mean detail lines, dimensions, and reference planes? What kind of working views do you typically use to layout elements in?
