Foundation Tag Elevations

The "Edit Label" dialog box only has a selection for "Elevation at Bottom"
The "Elevation at Top" needs to added.
This is readily available because it is in "Spot Elevations"

I was just looking for this function, and getting it to report this in a tag at first glance is nigh on impossible.
