Why is my submission to the wishlist page not showing up? Who moderates it... and why can some users can post directly to the forum?

Submissions go through a screening process first by a small team of volunteers. Once it has been approved it will show on the wishlist forum. No-one can post directly to the forum, but once the wish has been listed, anyone can post replies.
There are lots of wishes that get submitted, so give it some time to be approved.
