Storefront door problem

Okay I have a question as to why the storefront single-glass door I added to this storefront assembly I made is appearing the way it is. (See attached picture of problem)

Anyone know how to solve this or maybe this happen? I added the "Curtain-wall: Storefront" then placed the door through the load command. Any help would be appreciated thanks!!

Did you remember to align/constrain the panel lines to reference plane?

Yup!. It seems constraint problem. If you post a family, i am happy to have a look at it and fix it.

Hey there,
There is also an "off set" parameter in most of the OOTB panel and curtain wall door families....see if that fixes it too.
