It has been observed that the "Door Types" do not appear in the listing when attempting to "Transfer Project Standards".
Any suggestions, other than loading the families into the project?
Thanks,

On the project containing the doors you want, you can create a generic wall and insert those doors. Then select and copy the wall and the doors and paste into the new project. Doing that all the doors will be loaded into your new project. You can delete the dumb wall and the doors later.

If you put the doors into a legend, then you can copy/paste the items in the legend into the new project's empty legend. If each of the door families is saved as a separate family file, you can go to File/Load from Library, and buy using the Cntrl key, you can select numerous families to load into a project at one time.

here is what I do; I have a revit file set up for all of our door styles (kinda a template) Inside this file, I have a short wall drawn with a door type placed in it - I copy the wall and door to multiple places and replace the door type in each wall. I add the description in text below (See image)99280

Transfer Project Standards is for System Familles/Settings. Doors are not

It must be the "revive really old threads" week :) The most recent post before it being revived was in 2008!
