Re-numbering parcel segments

I'm having trouble renumbering my parcel lines and curves. I went to properties in prospector changed the values, but when I renumber it skips numbers ie; L1,L2,L6 where is 3,4&5 I'm not using those numbers they are not in my drawing. Should I delete those lines/parcels and start over?

Try creating a new Site, then move all your parcels to the new Site (right-click on the Parcels collection in Prospector, and select "Move to site...".

Once you have moved the Parcels to a new Site, try renumbering the segments again.

I was having a similar problem. I think that will fix it.
