Different grid heads in one project ?

Is there any way of changing the grid head family on a per view basis ?

Whatever size I choose (default is 6.5mm) for my grid heads they allways tend to merge together or become too small and illegible at certain view scales. It would be great if we could alter the grid family on a per view basis.

Am I missing something or is this a wishlist item ?

I think it is impossible, because grid is not a line, it is plane, real 3D plane, and grid line itself, as You see it in floor plans, is simply intersection of two planes: grid plane and level's section plane.
Maybe I'm wrong?
