Whole wall Dimension weirdness

Here is a strange occurence. Why do you think that REVIT would give a dimension that is 0'-0"? I used the whole wall dimension feature. And there are three different walls coming to that corner. Oh wait number 2 and 1 are the same. 1 and 2 are Ext. walls and 3 is the garage wall. See Pic below

Looks like there's an "underlayed" wall an the dimension is also selecting that wall. Are you picking the underlayed wall?

Weird. It fixed it's self when I set the view underlay to none

I was carful to pick the wall that was on that level, but somehow it was referencing the underlay wall.
