Adding Metric Parts in Parts List?

Does anyone know how to add in metric parts such as pipes and structures? In the Parts List option, Civil 3D is set to inches and it's shaded out that I can't change it. I was looking all over the place for the option to change it to metric. My drawing units are metric but when CAD draws out my 36" pipe, it's drawing it out as 36 units (in my case, it's meters).

Is there some kind of option anywhere that I can change the parts to be drawn in metric instead of inches?

Change the catalog you are using to metric. You will have to swap the parts so if the job is near completion and you are trying to just get the job done you may just want to set the label units to do a metric conversion with an expression.

To reset the catalog: Go to Pipes->Set Network Pipe Catalog Change the catalog for Pipes and Structures to Metric.
