Does anyone know how to find and dimension to the foci of an ellipse drawn in revit?
I guess that I should have looked elsewhere first. But for anyone else who wants to know, heres how.

Why look so far when the good is so near.

Probably because the good is both unknown and hidden without any reference to point the way.
When I look up ellipse in the Revit help file I find no reference to the visibility of the foci. When I look up foci I get "No topics found."
I have now sent Autodesk a comment about this.
Thanks for your help.

Yes but now that he knows the correct way, it is now much quicker to just turn on the focus marks than to draw a bunch of extra lines.
