XP 32bit Professional thumbnail view in explorer not there

I have a XP 32bit Professional and I have no family icons in the thumbnail view in explorer unless I upgrade the family. (all old content is not showing up it is just a icon) Is there any way to upgrade all of my content? Or is there a fix for the family icons in the thumbnail view in explorer. It looks like some people are have problems with vista and there icons but our office dose not even have a copy of vista so I know it is not the same problem.

This has been happening for the last 4 months sence we installed 2009 ---- please help!!!!

Is there any way to upgrade all of my content?

You can use the batch upgrade utility found in the Revit DVD. It will bring all your families from the old version to 2009. Read the txt file before using it.
