ledgend titles

have electrial legend but in the sheet the title has a bubble and a scale which only want the text but cannot seem to change it
tried copy paste just the text but i get a wonderfull message you cannot copy from a legend to a sheet.... i don't see why not

Revit has tooo many "you can not" rules...

Ray,

Go to the project browser, (+) families, Annotation symbols and find your view title family there. Right click and select Edit. Erase the scale, bubble and whatever you want and save it with another name. Load it back to your project > select the title of the view you have inserted into your sheet > Element properties > Edit/New > Duplicate > Give it a different name > select your new title just created and loaded into the project, under Graphics, Title pull down.
