keep print setup the same for sheets

constanly have to reset the print setup for the sheets

thot the sheets maintained a set printing mode

we often use snagit to do print screen to a small printer

but then that printer shows on the sheet print setup

and have change it back

sure miss the PS days..

i do most of whinning on fridays..

Go to File > Print > Setup > adjust the settings as you want > Save As > save the settings to that specific printer/paper size. Any time you want to use the same settings, just select it from the list.
