Pipes not going to structure

I have changed the insertion point of drainage structure so that when I bring it in to the drawing it is lined up with the back of curb and not the edge of pavement. The problem is, when the pipes are drawn they go to the insertion point and not the drainage structure. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
