Text and tags

Again, I'm kind of new to Revit so excuse my ignorance

Ok, I have a plan view that I have created a callout from. I figured that all the text and tags etc I have added in the plan would come out in the callout view.. but they dont.....
Is there a way to make all this information come through into the callout plan????? or do I have to add all the text and tags again????

With creating the call-out you will have to redo the text and tags as far as I know. All of that copies over when you do "duplicate view with detailing" though.

You can also copy the annotation from the original view, via paste to view to your new callout
Select Views by Name (will give you a list of views)
make sure to filter your selection.This option is only there with non model Objects.
ps. its easier to select when you switch of your model in View Properties
