I am doing render in autocad 2006 & save drawing & open the drawing in autocad 2008
& can't look material Why?

Make sure that 2008 has the materials pathed correctly to the materials you used in 2006. If you have 2 installs, then each version would have installed materials. My guess is that one is pathed under the 2006 directory and one is pathed under the 2008 directory.
