Linked model and host are same?

Getting this error with 2009....never got it in 2008 or earlier.... Any ideas?

We are linking in the structural central file which in turn is linking in the architectural central in theirs.... and as far as I know they are set to overlay.

Well...it's fixed...

Turns out that during the transition from 2008 to 2009, Revit said that a linked architectural file in Structure needed to be attached to be visible. So our structural folk did that since Revit told them to. They just changed it back to overlay and all is well.
