Roof eyebrow returns

Has anybody attempted to draw a roof eyebrow return for a residential house design.

If you mean the little return on the gable as discussed here:
http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=65362
then the best tutorial I've seen is
http://www.dgcad.com/Revit9-Roofs.aspx clip no. 19 called 'dog leg'
but you would need a subscription to cadclips to view it.

Unfortunately the tutorial links at the end of the above AUGI thread don't seem to work any more.

Most people seem to create the little bit of roof return as a separate roof and then use 'join geometry' to remove the overlapping lines where it coincides with the main roof slope.
