What is the method to Move only a Single Shaft opening Line?

Hi, I have drawn a Rectangular Shaft Opening & want to Resize (Move) only one segment of it. I m using Move command to do this, but while doing this, entire Rectangular Shaft opening is moving.

What is the method to Move only a Single Shaft opening Line?

when you select the shaft, you should get an edit button appear, click that and edit the sketch lines to change the size.

Check the temporary dimension when you select one of the line. See if the dimension if its lock or not. The way you discribe the process, that element might be constrained with the connected elements.
