I'm not sure what you mean by "Mark", them, but you'll have to use either a purchased plugin, or create a Project parameter, applied to doors and and then manually enter the data for this parameter. To my knowledge, Revit does not automatically Left and Right nor any accessible parameter that can be used to determine left and right.
