AVATECH GOOGLE EARTH PLUG IN

I am completely unable to use the Avatech Earth Connector for my 2009 Revit model. Whatever I put in google earth is an exploded disaster thats many feet below the google earth surface. Am I completely missing something, I have tried every way I can Imagine and had no success.

Can you give us some more details about what options you're choosing when you run Earth Connector?

For example, are you choosing the "Relative to Ground" or "Specific Altitude" option? And what Revit Level are you choosing - and how does it relate to the ground plane?
