Is there a way to force Tangent Line Grades to calculate using the truncated value for the tangent length and elevation difference? The problem I have is that the line grades that display between grade breaks in the profile do not calculate correctly based on the two decimal place values that are displayed for the stations and elevations. If someone hand checks the grade from a hard copy, the line grades appear to be wrong.

You should be able to create an expression that will do what you want.
<soapbox>You should, however, send whoever is reviewing the drawing back to high school and have them learn all about significant digits and rounding. It amazes me how engineers that are so smart can't figure out a simple thing like errors due to rounding.</soapbox>

Here! Here!
If your variables are to the tenths, your answer can’t be to the hundredths.
