Gothic Stone Railing Panel

A client of mine wants a gothic stone panel railing like the attached image. I created a balluster family from a cut sheet he gave me (see attached). I attached the balluster family as well. After all that, I can not get it to load. What am I doing wrong?

Help. Someone out there. Almost solid railing.

Um, I'm not sure its the answer you are looking for, but I would make that a Generic Model family and avoid the baluster method. It might be simpler in the long run..
