Find volume of dirt

ok I need to find the volume of a mound of red clay dirt that I have
I went out and shot 45 points around the bottom base of the dirt and on the top of slop.
How can I use Autocad to find out the volume of the dirt?
Do I have to create a surface if so how do I do that?

Basically, you'll create a surface using the points at the bottom of the mound and then another surface using all the points and then compare the two using the volume calculation methods in C3D. Check out the tutorials for assistance in creating surfaces and calculating volumes. If you have any specific questions on any of these topics, post back up.
