Beam properties

Wish list item: When you select a beam a properties bar comes up with the option to change the structural type, elevations, z-offset, studs, camber, Moment Conx, etc. without you having to open the properties dialog box and scroll down to the item you want to change. Basically just an extension of the drop down menu on the left that allows you to change the "Type". It would also be cool, if the choices of which items from the properties dialog box are shown in this bar could be modifed for your preferences.
