WHY IS THIS HAPPENING TO MY 3D VIEW

I have restarted Revit and experience the same problems.
Do I perhaps need to reload Revit or has my file become corrupted.
Help please.

Deleted 3D and added it back and it now works fine.

I have not had this problem in 2009. I'm curious if a simple F5 refresh fixes the problem as someone suggested in that other thread.

That is what I do <F5> refreshes the screen.
