Revit 9 / Acad 9 Hotfix

Has anyone installed the hotfix for Revit 9 and Autocad 9 suite?

After some periodic crashes in Revit 9, and filling out and sending along the crash reports to support, I got an email from Autodesk CER telling me of a hotfix for my problem.

I installed the hotfix, which involved replacing a dll file in both the Revit and Autodesk program file folders, and another dll file in the Common folder.

With those files installed, I can no longer import or export autocad dwg files...

I assume you're referring to Revit 2009. Revit 9 was released in 2006, prior to Revit 2008.

Have you contacted Autodesk again about this latest issue?

I received the same HotFix but it came without any sort of instructions. I think the Hot Fix is for AutoCAD only and is not a Revit Hotfix, though this is just a guess. It would probably not have cost Autodesk too much money to include a readme with the files, but hey you gotta watch the bottom line.
