Attaching Walls to roof

When you create a roof you are given the option of attachin the walls to it. How do you attach some of the walls but no the other ones?

Highlight just one wall by picking it...preferably in 3D. After selecting, look in the Options bar at the top of the drawings window. There will be Attach and Detach buttons. Select Attach to connect one wall to a selected roof, select detach to disconnect a wall from a roof.

And if you want to attach a number of walls to the roof in one go, just select each wall in turn, holding down the control key and then attach top as Scott said.

If you want more attached than not attached, just let all of them be attached, select the ones you don't want attached, and detach them.

That being said, I think it is easier to control as SD and BG said.
