Gutter Trouble

having issue this time though.....i get the warning "can't create gutter".....i altered another one, saved as new name, loaded into project....changed properties of existing gutter (duplicated gave new name , loaded newly loaded profile).........then after first warning went back to check that profile shape of new gutter was all closed (well , open at top, but all lines used to make profile were connected)........then, i still get the warning

They have to be connected AND form a closed loop. So even if the gutter is open on top, the profile lines still have to be created as a closed loop to create the thickness of the gutter.
