Everytime i print to network usb printer Revit crashes

everytime i print to the network laser printer, revit crashes - regardless of what drawing i have open.

i can print to the network copier printer fine, its just this one

any ideas?

AutoCAD can print fine to it btw and all other programs i have installed.
