Hi. Working on a wall section and running into a problem with visibility/clarity. We have a steel frame building, metal deck/concrete floor slabs, brick and metal framing exterior wall.

In our wall section, everything shows cut - steel beam, metal framing, etc., but the insulation hatch covers the steel beam cut. The outline of the beam is still there, but underneath the insulation hatch. Is there a setting to change this so that the insulation hatch is interrupted by the beam cut? (would be nice if 'join' worked between structure and walls!).

Thanks.
m.

IF these are Detail components from the libraries, you have the ability to control display order, click on the batt insulation, and in the tool bar, you'll see 4 buttons with little squares on them, you can use these to send something "back" or behind something to make it appear correct.

These are model components, straight from revit's structural library, so the wall section is showing the actual cut of an I-Beam. So...unfortunately the front/back button does not apply to these elements.
