The training files installed with Revit are out of date and not complete. The updated training files can be download here:

http://usa.autodesk.com/adsk/servlet/item?siteID=123112&id=11091739

There is a series of 4 zip files about 1/2 way down the page. these ZIP files contain all of the training files needed for the tutorials.

On the download page is additional information for Windows Vista users:

Windows Vista users: You must be an administrator in order to extract the tutorial training files. During the extraction process, specify the following Unzip to folder since the default path is not correct for Vista installations: C:\Program Data\Autodesk\RAC 2009\Training.

If you receive errors during the file extraction, make sure that the Training folder on your system is empty, and try again.

As long as you specify where you are extracting the file too you can always add the folder to the "places" list in Revit.
