I crashed a while ago & sent in the error report. Got this very soon thereafter:

Dear Revit® Architecture Customer:
We recently received an error report from you. While we have not yet determined the resolution to the error, we have determined that the latest maintenance update has not yet been installed for your product.
We recommend that you install this maintenance update to update your product, or contact your system administrator.

Update is dated 09.15 - is this a secret or what? I've just upgraded & will see what they have wrought.

I doubt it that it's a secret -- they just haven't updated the web site with this link yet.

I think now they have. The link is working.

The links Glen posted are working -- I'm just not seeing anything on Autodesk Revit page that links to the update.

I've installed the update and the display performance problem still remains. I'm going to resubmit my SR on this :(

Ah, I see what you mean.

You can also download it from:

So this download is only 111 MB... why was WU1 so much bigger?

Hopefully this one doesn't take an hour to install like WU1 did.

Kyle Bernhard mentioned in another post somewhere that they were going to make this one a Service Pack instead of a full Install.
I'm about to download.

Probably it is a Service Pack. At least this is what the SP in the file name suggests...

Wow!
FAST install !! Thanks, Factory!
Now I have to start testing to see if some of the bugs we've been dealing with go away.

Do you need to have the first update installed to install this SP

Folks,
I know you're excited here, but please, PLEASE wait until we formally announce the release. Yes, we are in the final stages of release. Yes, we have some elements live on our download servers, and if you wait a couple hours, you will have everything you need to successfully install the Service Pack.

You have not included the Service Pack installation instructions document, and I could not recommend anybody install it without that document.

Yes, we are implementing a Service Pack, and yes, that is a first for the Revit platform. We will be more than willing to provide you guys with more information once we formally release it.

It won't be long, I promise.

Cheers,
Kyle B
