Anyone know how to host a rail to a floor?

When creating the railing, just select the option "Set Host" and pick the floor. If the railing is already created, select it, Edit and the option Set Host will be available.

Umm . . . while in the railing sketch editor, select the "Set Host" button, select the floor & continue editing the railing.
