Door Tags

Can the attributes on door tags be changed? I'm attempting to change on prop. toll bar and nothing happens. do i have to erase them and RE-DO all of my door tags? thanks for any assistance?

What attributes are you trying to change? Are you referring to the color, scale, or the number of the door?

If you are talking about the appearance of the block itself, there is a block replace command that will replace all of them in a drawing.

Try highlighting the tag, right click, pick "edit door tag", click on the general tab and then click on the "property set" button near the bottom of the dialog box. Perhaps you'll find what you need to change here.

Select the door(s) and switch to the Extended Data tab on the Properties Palette. You need to change the 'data' on the door objects themselves. The tags and schedules merely report the data on the objects.
