Moving elevation bubbles

Is it possible to move an elevation head on a view-by-view basis? I've not had the same success with elevation heads as i do with section heads. This, of course, would be for just the 2D location only.

Along those lines, is it possible -- i suspect no -- to lock in or pin the blue elevation line while allowing full (2D) control of the elevation head?

No to both questions. Moving an elevation symbol will move it in every view through-out the project. Personally, I hope this is changed in the next release.
