Detail components STILL flip with Paste Aligned

I thought this issue had been fixed several releases ago? However I just picked several detail components in a wall section, then went to another wall section facing the other direction on the same wall and did Paste Aligned - Current View, and most of the objects came in filled about one of the references in each particular family.

Perhaps it was fixed but now it's back?

I was having similar issues--

Perhaps try creating a Detail Component Family or Group--
and then paste aligned into new view?

This has worked for me before--back in 8.1 or 9.0, I think.
