Locate Reference Plane

Does anyone know how to select or locate those ref planes
which have been assigned with a name ?
I hope there would be something like using ID's.

Ideate Inc. has developed a 3rd party app. that allows you to search your entire Revit Project Database. Once you have selected the entity in the app. browser it is then placed into your current selection set, you can then select "show item" from the tools menu. Great for finding those rogue dwg files. The application is called Ideate Explorer 2009.
